I use a vehicle to get home which is where I walk my dogs in the neighborhood.

I typically walk the dog alone.

Not a super lit neighborhood so in the evening it can get quite dark making it challenging to walk my dog. I do use my phone flashlight if necessary but won’t travel far. Sometimes, just walk around the yard when taking my dog out

We walked to the trail that my mom lives across the street from an outdoor park with a walking trail.

Recreation

My mom has a walking trail easily accessible and is wide enough, so it is safe to get to and walk on. There has been recent lighting fixtures closer to the ground that lights up the trail better at night making it safer. There are also yellow posts at the end of each section where cars can drive through but keep them from driving onto the trail.  The trail sections coincide with the block lengths to not block neighborhood traffic.

Walked with mom and sister which helped us stay accountable to push more

Stop signs to and cross walk markings are present at the end of each block to allow for safe pedestrian crossing. Aesthetically pleasing but not much shade as trees are too spread or not close enough to the trail.

Drove to the outlet shoppes but walked around for at lest 15 minutes throughout the visit.

Transportation, we walked to various shops in the area.

Easy walk outdoors with various sections with shade. Shop entrances are located on the inside of the area so not to be close to the parking lots where there were plenty of vehicles passing by.

No vehicles allowed in the inner sections of the walking areas to allow for pedestrian safety. Various cross walks to the parking lot

Transportation, walked to the gas station down the street that is about a 10-minute walk, 20 min roundtrip.

Drove to venue but the actual activity was dancing

Ample space to dance in and the atmosphere was joyful and the DJ was playing all the hits. Also my sister kept encouraging me to dance with her and my mom.

Danced with close friends and family. I was happy to be spending time dancing with my sister and mom.

Time limit for celebration. Dress code. This didn’t have a negative impact on my activity.

Drove the market but walked around the outdoor space.

Get outdoors and enjoy some local festivities

Easy walk outdoors but only had limited sections with shade.  Area was fenced and allowed for more safety measure.
